Global Rules

1. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Halfords Autocentres Limited (“Halfords Autocentres”) of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, B98 0DE. The Promotion is open between 00:00 am on 25th December 2021 and 23:59 pm on 14th February 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion is open to all customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except anyone employed by Halfords, Halfords Autocentres, McConechy’s Tyre & Auto Centres, Gordons Tyres, Halfords Mobile Expert or Tyres on the Drive (or their immediate families), their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers. This Promotion is open to Halfords customers only and excludes any fleet and company vehicles.
3. By participating in the Promotion, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
4. The Promotion has a purchase requirement – customer must purchase Halfords Breakdown Cover to qualify.
5. Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will only be used to administer this Promotion, unless consent is provided otherwise.

Promotion specific rules

1. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, customers must purchase Halfords breakdown cover on halfordsbreakdowncover.com.
2. To redeem the 30% discount, customers must add code JANSALE22 in the basket when purchasing Halfords breakdown cover. Discount applied in basket.
3. The code will be valid from 25th December 2021 to 14th February 2022.
4. Discount will be valid on breakdown purchased up to and including 14th February 2022 for policies incepting up to and including 1st June 2022, a policy can only be purchased up to 90 days in advance of the inception date.
5. No cash alternative will be offered.
6. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
